How to translate Toorox 02.2011 KDE and libreoffice to Portuguese?

Hi josinaldo,
you have to modify /etc/make.conf and set the LINGUAS value to:
LINGUAS="pt_BR"
Then reinstall the following packages:
kde-l10n, libreoffice-bin
