Joern OFFLINE Administrator Posts: 420 Thank you received: 5	Hi stassik, the problem seems to be that "mount" cannot mount /dev/scd0 on /cdrom and doesnt print an error message. It hangs! So the startup script can't go on. You can try adding "bootfrom=/dev/..." to the kernel boot line. Hit the TAB key in the bootmenu.

Get the same problem but booting from a frugal install on an usbstick. In the past (previous versions) no problems.

Following is my menu.lst entry:
QUOTE
title Boot Toorox_08.2012-64bit_XFCE
root (hd0,0)
kernel /toorox/linux ramdisk_size=100000 init=/sbin/init bootfrom=/dev/sdc1/Toorox_08.2012-64bit_XFCE.iso lang=us nomce noapic BOOT_IMAGE=Toor

Any hint?
