There's a small bug in the recent 06.2011 64-bit "GNOME" release.
Systemconfig -> Printer/Jobs -> Add new Printer shows you an info box with:
User:user and Password:user in "live-mode" and after hd-install your own userdata.
This doesn't work, because the user is not part of the "lpadmin" group. Either you enter user:root, password:root (live-mode) after a hd-install - user:root, password:(your root password), or you have to add the user (you) to the "lpadmin" group.
This unique to the 06.2011 64-bit "GNOME" Edition. 32-bit Edition - All's well!
