you should read about useflags and the config-files
package.use
package.mask
make.conf: USE=" ... ... ... ..." and some more

you have a few problems:
1. new version of qt*
2. xorg-server
3. some other blocks

you can choose different ways:
if you dont need sis* , delete both packages and delete it in your make.conf
qt: you can try to delete* and reinstall all packages again

and last but not least: if you dont understand what useflags are or howto use emerge, read the manual and some more documantion or ask a friend near you :)
